Novate Ltd operates https://www.rotarota.net. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. In addition, if you enrol as an Organiser, there are additional event description fields where you are at liberty to add additional personal information such as your address. This is on your understanding that this information will be visible to anyone with your Campaign url and passkey. In addition as an Organiser you may upgrade to one of our paid plans. In this case, your payment card details will be sent to our payments provider. Only the last 4 digits of your card number and the cardholder name are shared with Novate.

Any information you do provide will be held securely and not made available to any entity other than Novate Ltd and held for the sole purpose of running this site.

Newsletter

If you choose to subscribe, Novate Ltd uses your email address to send RotaRota news and product updates with your consent. We ask you to confirm your subscription by email. Your name and organisation are optional and help us understand our readers. We record when you requested and confirmed your subscription, the consent wording, and when you unsubscribe. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting team@rotarota.net. We retain an unsubscribe record to prevent further newsletter emails.
